RONALD W. WALKER lived in Salt Lake City, Utah for thirty-five years. He was professor emeritus of history at Brigham Young University and an award-winning author. He authored or coauthored more than five dozen scholarly articles and eight books. He was a past president of the Mormon History Association. He was working on a biography of Brigham Young. Regretfully Ron passed away on May 9, 2016 after a long struggle with cancer.
