Tiina Brandt (PhD, docent) works as researcher at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. Her research interests include entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, and leadership. She has studied, taught, and consulted on these topics for twenty years, and she has over one hundred publications. Brandt's work also focuses on personality and its impact on entrepreneurial and organizational behavior—crucial factors when developing teams, communication, and entrepreneurs' professional behavior and decision-making skills.
