Tiffany Trent is chair and associate professor of the Department of Theatre and Dance at Middle Tennessee State University. She practices, teaches, and studies theater and performance in contexts of justice, faith, and with youth. As a minister, she facilitates drama and theater of the oppressed for wider interfaith initiatives. She has a PhD in Theatre for Youth from Arizona State University, an MDiv from Chicago Theological Seminary, an MFA in Theatre Directing from Carnegie Mellon, and a BA in Politics, Economics, Rhetoric, and Law from the University of Chicago.
