Annette Cozzi
ANNETTE COZZI is a former Assistant Professor of Humanities and Cultural Studies and Director of Food Studies at the University of South Florida. She is the author of The Discourses of Food in Nineteenth-Century British Fiction (Palgrave Macmillan, 2010), a 2011 Gustave O. Arlt Award in the Humanities nominee. She has left academia to focus on writing novels and mastering homemade ravioli.
