SUZANNE COPE is the author of the book Small Batch: Pickles, Cheese, Chocolate, Spirits, and the Return of Artisanal Foods (Roman & Littlefield, 2014) and has upcoming journal publications in New Directions in Teaching and Learning and Modern Language Studies. Her essays and articles on food and culture have also appeared in the New York Times, The Atlantic, and Women in Higher Education, among other popular publications. She is a Visiting Professor at Manhattan College.
