Hello and welcome to the Spring 2022 issue! Hopefully you are reading this while enjoying the wonderful weather that Connecticut can hold for us in early summer. As an academic, the end of the semester always holds a promise of in-depth research and writing, reading new books and journal articles, and maybe a bit of travel to archives. While the last two years have put a bit of a damper on some of that travel, research continues to flourish, often in a more digital format. This in turn has allowed more people to gain access to archives and documents and ideas that were just not available before. This issue includes some works that are testament to the new way we do history.
