He is the author of Warcraft and the Fragility of Virtue (University of Idaho Press, 1992; Wipf and Stock, 2011) and Believing and Acting: The Pragmatic Turn in Comparative Religion & Ethics (Oxford University Press, 2012), as well as numerous essays in ethics and philosophy of religion.
