As Reception enters its eleventh year, we want to begin with an announcement and a welcome. Starting with this issue the journal has a new book-review editor: Yung-Hsing Wu, professor of English at the University of Louisiana, Lafayette. Readers who know Dr. Wu also know that she has been very active as a member of the Reception Study Society over the years and has made significant contributions to Reception, including serving as a peer reviewer of submitted articles and as a contributing author of several book reviews. We are confident that the journal's book-review department is in excellent hands with the appointment of Professor Wu. Please join us, then, in welcoming her to the editorial team of Reception.
