1980 General Conference and the Evangelicals Available to Purchase

RILEY B. CASE has a master’s in divinity from Taylor University and has spent forty-four years as a pastor in the Indiana Conference of the United Methodist Church. He was district superintendent from 1983 to 1989 and served five times as a delegate to the General Conference. He is the author of Understanding the New United Methodist Hymnal (1988 Bristol), Evangelical and Methodist a Popular History (Abingdon 2004), How Hackleburg Became a 13-Pie Church (Ajoyin 2016), and Faith and Fury: Eli Farmer on the Frontier 1794–1881 (Indiana Historical Society).
