This paper demonstrates an approach to supervisory debriefing with therapists based on a clinical session held by Fritz Perls that was previously reported by S. S. Rosenberg and J. E. Lynch in this journal. The foundations of this approach are based on a practice model favored by the authors, and includes the theoretical ground for intervention; values and principles of practice, methods and techniques; and level of system to which an intervention is directed.
