Abstract
This qualitative case study explores the implementation of interdisciplinarity across the sciences at a liberal arts university in the Southwest, with specific attention to the project's impact on pedagogy, scholarship, and faculty rewards. We discuss findings in relation to perceptions of interdisciplinarity, applications of interdisciplinarity, and the institutionalization of interdisciplinarity.
