Contemplation, Creativity, Compassion: Art for Social Change on Ignatian Lines

ERIK T. EHN is currently a visiting professor at University of New Mexico, Albuquerque. Ehn's work includes The Saint Plays, No Time Like the Present, Beginner, and Vireo (w/composer Lisa Bielawa). The Soulographie project, a series of seventeen plays on U.S. history from the point of view of its genocides, was produced at La MaMa, NY, 2012. Soulographie scripts include Maria Kizito, Heavenly Shades of Night Are Falling, Yermedea, and Drunk Still Drinking. Ehn is founder and Co-Artistic Director, Tenderloin Opera Company. Graduate, New Dramatists, and a recent graduate of the Jesuit School of Theology, Berkeley California, with a Master of Theological Studies degree.
