Bradley J. Nelson is Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Classics, Modern Languages and Linguistics at Concordia University in Montreal. His work has appeared in the Bulletin of the Comediantes, Cervantes, Gestos and several volumes of the series Hispanic Issues. His manuscript on emblematic and allegorical modes of discourse in early modern Spain entitled The Persistence of Presence: Emblem and Ritual in Early Modern Spain is currently under review.
