Klein, Blomberg, and Hubbard’s classic textbook, Introduction to Biblical Interpretation, was first published in 1999 (Word), was revised and updated in 2004 (Thomas Nelson), and updated again in 2017 (Zondervan). This workbook serves as a companion to the newest version of the textbook.

The premise for the workbook appears in the first sentence of the introduction: “It’s one thing to read a description about how to solve some problem; it’s another thing to have someone walk you through the process so that you grasp how to do it in a hands-on way” (p. 9).
