[Editor's Note: Director Phil Willmott is a multi-award-winning director, artistic director, playwright, composer, librettist, teacher, dramaturg, arts journalist, and performer. He trained as an actor at Rose Bruford in the 1980s and was made a fellow of the college in 2012. David Smith
david smith lives and writes in North Yorkshire, UK. A published poet, he runs writing workshops and is active in many poetry groups. He gained a First Class Honours in English Literature and mastered in Creative Writing after retiring; his dissertation was on the work of Arthur Miller. This led to his current connections with the Society and being invited (by Sue Abbotson) to review Miller's work in the UK.
