We, the Editors and Publisher of the Journal of Africana Religions, have retracted the following book review. Since online publication, the Editors and the Publisher learned that, due to an error on the part of the Editors, this book review was published after the author had notified the Editors of their desire to withdraw the submission.
According to the Publisher’s policy and generally accepted practice, the retracted article will remain online but will be watermarked on each page as “Retracted.”
