Accessibility Policy
The Scholarly Publishing Collective is committed to providing accessible websites and content to all users. To that end, the Scholarly Publishing Collective commits to providing an online experience that meets or exceeds the guidelines set out in the World Wide Web Consortium Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1, Level AA Conformance (WCAG 2.1 Level AA), which is recommended by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Information regarding this conformance can be found in our Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) (PDF). Examples of accessibility features commonly employed include providing text alternatives for non-text content, providing variability of content presentation through semantically marked-up structure, and careful consideration for readability as it applies to typography, color, and contrast. All websites and web pages were developed and maintained with these standards specifically in mind.
