Abstract

An assessment of a personal profile was used to write this shared personal take on queer healing. This direction was taken due to limited data on queer movements and healing in Uganda and the reluctance of other LGBTQIA+ identifying people to join in the article research. A personal assessment was carried out to assemble this article that explores a few personal experiences relatable to a wide range of African queer people who are navigating healing.
