Erin Shevaugn Schlumpf is an Assistant Professor of Film Studies at Ohio University. Her research focuses on aesthetic responses to historical trauma as well as queer and feminist counternarratives of the past. Her recent work has been published in differences: A Journal of Feminist Cultural Studies, Mediapolis: A Journal of Cities and Culture, and Comparative Literature and Culture.
