The Memory of the Wars
MARC CRÉPON is Director of Research at the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique and Professor of philosophy at the École Normale Supérieure (Paris). He is the author of several books, most recently Le consentement meurtrier (Cerf, 2012).
MICHAEL STANISH is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Comparative Literature at the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he is also a member of the Center for the Study of Psychoanalysis and Culture. He is the editor of the 2010 special issue of Umbr(a): a journal of the unconscious, which explores the function of writing in psychoanalysis.
